Nick Rennie

In 1998, Nick Rennie graduated from RMIT with a degree in industrial design, joined up with Melbourne Movement and launched headfirst into an international audience at Milan’s Salone Satellite. In 2002, he set up his own design studio, Happy Finish Design, harnessing his early international recognition as a furniture and product designer and turning it into a sustainable commercial success. Nick continues to produce prototype products—mostly handmade in his Melbourne studio—and his highly accessible designs have been manufactured across the world. Milan remains an important platform to launch his work each year.
