Parlour

Parlour encourages dialogue around—and advocacy for—gender equity in Australian architecture. It researches and maps women’s participation in the field, provides community support for similar networks and offers a valuable voice in discussions of related topics in the media—even helping to increase the representation of women architects on Wikipedia via seed funding from the Wikimedia Foundation. Through all this, Parlour also celebrates the many women who already contribute to architecture in diverse ways.
