Her curatorial credits in the role include DreamWorks Animation: The Exhibition, Star Voyager: Exploring Space on Screen and Julian Rosefeldt: Manifesto, among others. She is also a board member of The Social Studio.

Over the past fifteen years, Sarah has worked across many of Melbourne’s key visual arts and cross-artform organisations—including Asialink Arts, Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, Experimenta Media Arts and Next Wave Festival—both at a board and an organisational level, and has also worked as an independent curator and arts consultant. In 2010 she co-curated the Adelaide Biennial of Contemporary Australian Art, Australia’s longest running major visual arts event, held at the Art Gallery of South Australia as part of the Adelaide Festival.

Over the years, she has also held editorial positions for Art and Australia, Art Asia Pacific (a New York-based magazine), Annual Almanac and Mesh#14, Experimenta’s annual online journal focusing on new media arts in Asia and Australia.
