Techa Noble

Techa Noble is a Sydney-based multidisciplinary artist who explores ideas around gender, identity and the body. She plays with popular culture via album cover design, music video direction, set design and fashion—particularly, she constructs ideas of identity using music and costume. She was the creative director for label Romance Was Born’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, has worked with Sia as art director and designer, and collaborated with Kanye West on his premier fashion collection in Paris, 2011. Techa is a founding member of the collective the Kingpins, who have exhibited and performed at Performance Space, MCA San Diego, MCA Sydney and Art Basel Miami, as well as at several Biennale exhibitions.
