Timmah Ball

Timmah Ball is a mixture of things: an urban planner, a writer and a community arts worker. She grew up in Melbourne but her heritage, on her mother’s side, is Ballardong Noongar from Western Australia. Timmah is passionate about using arts and culture to create inclusive cities, and believes that planners need to think about people rather then zones and overlays. Her writing has appeared in Inflection Journal, Right Now and Etchings Indigenous, and she is a regular contributor to Assemble Papers.
