As part of Melbourne Festival, acclaimed flautist Laila Engle and percussionist Dan Richardson present a virtuosic recital of music for flutes, marimba and assorted percussion, reflecting the diversity of Melbourne’s vibrant culture. For this intimate lunchtime recital, the pair will perform a suite of duo works influenced by Balinese gamelan, South Indian raga, and the energetic minimalism of Britain and America.
