Make Meet with Alchemy

Join us for a making workshop led by multidisciplinary artist and maker Belinda Evans (of sustainable online label and store Alchemy), who will teach you how to craft and use your own smudge stick—as seen on The Planthunter. Smudge sticks have a long history in indigenous community ceremonies all over the world. In these rituals, different combinations of native herbs are bound together and burnt to heal and cleanse the mind, body and spirit. Learn all about Belinda’s approach to this custom as she demonstrates how you can make a unique smudge stick of your very own using wild harvested Australian native flora.
