Joanne O’Callaghan

Joanne O’Callaghan’s writing career began during a sabbatical from her marketing career, and she is now one of Hong Kong’s favourite children’s authors: she wrote the bestselling My Hong Kong and the exciting adventure stories The Swimmers and Found in Hong Kong. Not surprisingly, Joanne is enchanted by the autonomous city, where she lived for twelve years. Now a resident of Melbourne, Joanne has set her sights on creating stories set in Australia and working on a number of collaborative projects—including Colour Melbourne, with Julie Kennedy.
