Rhana Devenport

Rhana Devenport is the director of Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tāmaki—which holds the largest collection of visual art in New Zealand. A curator, editor and writer, she was previously director of Govett-Brewster Art Gallery and has held senior positions with the Biennale of Sydney, Artspace New Zealand, Sydney Festival and the Queensland Art Gallery’s Asia Pacific Triennial. Rhana is the current Chair of the jury for the International Public Art Awards, an International Advisory Committee member for Mori Art Museum, and an alumnus of the Metropolitan Museum’s Global Museum Leaders Colloquium.
