MRelay

MRelay returns! Hosted this year by Simon Knott, Robyn Archer, Michael Williams and Rose Hiscock, and once again featuring thirty-two speakers, MRelay was an experimental twelve-hour hybrid talkfest when we tried it last year. Emboldened by cheering crowds and a continuous coffee supply, we’re doing it all again on 30 January.

Same rules: In a sports relay, a team covers a distance in turns, passing a baton from one runner to the next. In MRelay, thinkers, philosophers, mavericks, activists, provocateurs, architects and design doyennes share insights and ideas in a marathon conversation.

Pop in for thirty minutes or stay the whole day as our guests pass the mic from one speaker to the next. It’ll be fast-paced, exhilarating and, best of all, deeply unpredictable.

Our 2016 themes and times will be:

11am–1.30pm—Habitat
2pm–4.30pm—Ritual
5pm–7.30pm—Transformation
8pm–10.30pm—Utopia
