Bob Earl

Bob Earl is an urban designer and landscape architect. In 1993 he was a founding partner of the US-based OCULUS Urban Design Landscape Architecture. He is now the sole director of studios in Sydney and Melbourne, with a close affiliation with the OCULUS Washington DC studio. Bob leads teams on large-scale master plans, towns, public spaces and urban villages, orchestrating strategic ideas and formulating a clear vision. To avoid bland public experiences he supports a process of critiquing and exploring ideas. He believes great places need great thinkers and that at the proper time, risk and leadership are needed to inspire and achieve excellent outcomes.
