Morning Ritual

Morning Ritual showcases local artists and live music—first thing in the morning. Curated by Ali Bird since 2012, it’s a series of free gigs held in cafes (and their neighbouring narrow laneways) around town. Think Fenders and flat whites at Little King, Korgs and cappuccinos in Campbell Arcade, lo-fi pop at your latte stop. As part of Melbourne Music Week 2015, Morning Ritual sets up under the high-tech canopy at MPavilion. Lay down a rug and kickstart your day with a concert (and caffeine hit) in the Queen Victoria Gardens.
