Nikos Papastergiadis

Throughout his career, Nikos Papastergiadis—director of the Research Unit in Public Cultures at the University of Melbourne—has consulted governments on issues and strategies relating to cultural identity. He has collaborated with artists and theorists across the world, and has written essays that have appeared in major catalogues—including the biennales of Sydney, Liverpool and Istanbul. Nikos’s most recent publications include The Turbulence of Migration, Spatial Aesthetics: Art, place and the everyday and Cosmopolitanism and Culture.
