An evening with Martin Roth

Spend an evening with Victoria and Albert Museum (V&A) director Martin Roth at ACMI. Martin—who will officially open MPavilion on 5 October—took the directorial reins at the V&A in September 2011, and has been working with our 2015 architect Amanda Levete’s studio, AL_A, on the museum’s subterranean extension and new courtyard entrance. His visit to Melbourne coincides with the spectacular V&A exhibition David Bowie is, showing at ACMI from 16 July to 1 November.
This evening, he’ll discuss what went into curating David Bowie is, and will share with us his thoughts about a museum’s role in the internet age. Join us for a night of good conversation and design rumination as we continue to welcome Martin to our city—and to our 2015 MPavilion.
