Oluwaseyi Sosanya, a recent graduate of the Royal College of Art in London, is an inquisitive designer and engineer—and the inventor of a three-dimensional weaving loom. By exploring and experimenting with manufacturing processes, materials and human interactions, Oluwaseyi is constantly challenging current design, human behaviour and production methods. In fact, his most recent work focuses on new tools that empower people to interact with developing technologies—tools which he believes could open new possibilities for designers, engineers and artists alike. Together with the other members of the Gravity Sketch team, Oluwaseyi has challenged the conventional methods for creating 3D objects, and has brought an element of craft to the digital age.
