Rae Ganim and Alice Oehr present Rock Pile, morning workshop

Ever built a pile of rocks? Not one this cool, you haven’t. Legendary textile designer Rae Ganim and rising young illustrator Alice Oehr—who first worked together at Rae’s Fitzroy homewares shop Ganim’s Store—are both fans of bright colours and vibrant patterns. Together they will lead this workshop for kids to create an awesome multicoloured rock installation. Rae and Alice will provide a hoard of pre-crafted papier-mâché rock shapes for you to decorate with as much verve and imagination as you can muster. Over the course of the day’s two workshops, the pile of colourful rocks will grow. What does your rock look like? How will they all look together? What can you build? Let’s find out!
