MTalks

Explore the role of architecture and design in contemporary city life with special guests and collaborators from Melbourne and beyond. Running from October to February, MTalks puts leading minds behind the mic and invites them to investigate new ideas. Panellists include acclaimed architect and MPavilion designer Amanda Levete, MPavilion’s patron Naomi Milgrom, and Victoria and Albert Museum director Martin Roth, along with inaugural MPavilion / Art Monthly Australia Writing Award recipient Dr Julia Jones, UK-based urban-regeneration expert Tom Bloxham and the brains behind online women’s architecture network Parlour. Sign up to our MTalks Facebook event for announcements, invitations and, let’s face it, any last-minute changes courtesy of Melbourne’s weather.

This season, we’re also excited to launch Consortium: a series of pertinent talks and happenings bringing together Melbourne collaborators West Space, Next Wave, Gertrude Contemporary and RMIT Design Hub.
